Order Processing
Jooyhub currently delivers across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• Jooyhub may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid contact number.
Jooyhub will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Courier partner delays
• Government restrictions
• High order volumes during sales and festive seasons
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package received
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our store policies.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
As per Jooyhub's policy, we do not accept returns for delivered products except where required by applicable law or in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
