Returns

At present, Jooyhub Kids does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

As we carefully inspect every product before dispatch, all sales are considered final.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review your request, please provide:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos of the product received

• Photos of the package and shipping label

• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund, at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• Color variation due to screen or lighting differences

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

The ordered item is unavailable after purchase.

A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved after verification and a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
